Group: Concrete skim coats and design renders

A final concrete skim coat in the colour of cured concrete for interior and exterior walls and ceilings, designed for application at a thickness of 0.3 to 3 mm.

BETOFIN B is a fine powder polymer-cement mix based on Portland cement, sand up to 0.09 mm, and special fillers, modified with chemical admixtures to achieve optimal workability and hardened-material properties. The applied compound cures over approximately 28 days, at which point its maximum strength is guaranteed.

REPAFIN 5 is intended for levelling uneven substrates before application.

Group: Concrete skim coats and design renders · variant of BETOFIN B

A variant of the BETOFIN B skim coat with accelerated setting and hardening. After approximately 40–60 minutes, the product begins to thicken on the wall.

At this point, the surface can be worked by hand with an individual trowelling technique to create an interesting layered visual texture.

3 products · Final layer: floors

Group: Self-levelling and auxiliary compounds, screeds

A powder universal high-strength, fast-setting and fast-hardening self-levelling compound with extremely high flow, designed for levelling floors and creating a final floor finish imitating cured concrete, mainly in residential spaces, in various colour finishes.

A dry mix of special cements, dried sands up to 0.5 mm, and fillers up to 0.09 mm. Applied at a thickness of 1.5 mm to 10 mm, locally also up to 20 mm; the optimal average thickness is approximately 5 mm. Low viscosity ensures very easy workability.

At least seven colour shades, with custom tinting available. After mixing with water and application, colours partially fade to the shades shown in the sample chart; the surface gradually lightens slightly during curing. After partial curing (2–5 days), we recommend sanding the surface and impregnating it with a suitable polymer.

Primers

Primer coatings and bonding bridges designed to even out substrate absorbency, increase adhesion, and improve the functionality of subsequent layers in building systems.

3 products · Substrate preparation

Group: Primers, impregnations

A polymer water dispersion used to impregnate concrete products, and in particular as a priming bonding bridge when laying a fresh concrete layer, the self-levelling compounds NIVOFIN B and P, NOVOLIT B and EXTRAFIN B, the BETOFIN B/BR and REPAFIN 5 skim coats, renders, and similar.

It also serves as a curing, hardening, and sealing treatment for the wearing layer of a concrete floor; it creates a durable, highly resistant, dust-free surface on existing (cured) or freshly laid floors, and increases resistance to abrasion and water penetration.

Main uses: concrete roads and car parks, concrete courtyard surfaces, warehouses, monolithic concrete structures, precast concrete elements. Use within 7 days of dilution.

Diluted with water according to the bonding bridge's function

1 : 4Concrete on concrete, repair mortar on concrete (must soak in); levelling compounds (must dry)
1 : 9Under renders and skim coats (must dry)
1 : 15Under renders and skim coats, vapour permeability (must dry)

Group: Primers, impregnations

A polymer water dispersion with particle sizes in the nanometre range. Used mainly to impregnate concrete products, or as a priming bonding bridge when laying a fresh concrete layer, the self-levelling compounds NIVOFIN B and P, NOVOLIT B and EXTRAFIN B, the BETOFIN B/BR and REPAFIN 5 skim coats, especially when the substrate isn't sufficiently firm, since it penetrates deeper than standard primers.

It can be combined with PENESAN K once both have been diluted to application concentration.

Creates a durable, highly resistant, dust-free surface on cured concrete floors; increases resistance to abrasion and water penetration.

Used as a bonding bridge when laying a fresh concrete layer, the self-levelling compounds NIVOFIN B and P, NOVOLIT B and EXTRAFIN B, the BETOFIN B/BR and REPAFIN 5 skim coats, whenever there's no certainty that the required bond strength to the substrate will be achieved after application.

Once applied to the substrate, it increases the substrate's water-tightness. Not diluted; active content is 80%.

After adding approximately 300 g of cement per litre, adjusting with water, and applying to concrete at a thickness of 3 mm or more, it creates a waterproofing layer.

Polymer gypsum

A special polymer-modified gypsum compound designed for restoration work, producing decorative elements, repairing historic structures, and creating precise castings.

1 product · Restoration materials

Group: Casting compounds and fillers for restorers, cement mixes

A powder one-component polymer gypsum composite casting compound for interior and exterior use, designed for casting artistic and decorative craft objects.

The dry mix, based on gypsum and an organic polymer, is mixed with water in a ratio of 5 kg of mix to 1.25 kg of cold water. Once thoroughly mixed, it reaches a high degree of fluidity and relatively low viscosity, ideal for filling moulds and cavities. It's characterised by a high-quality cast impression.

After rapid curing, the result is a high-strength, frost-resistant, low-absorption compound with low abrasion, also suitable for exterior use. Open time can be regulated with a retarder; micro-reinforcing alkali-resistant glass fibres (~10%) are available, along with the option of adjusting with dried sands up to a 1:1 ratio. The compound is non-toxic.
